Move a little : Simple thing to be happy

Every weekday is usually rushed. 
Once in a while, it will be good to know there is no need to rush out in the morning. 
It can be a late start at work or an off day. So the day can be start with a usual coffee. then there is little bit time to do exercise. 
Doing exercise is good for body and mind: experts will agree. 
Think of the feeling after half hour of brisk walking. 
If it is cold outside, search on youtube to find a workout suitable for your needs. I like this one, by Joanna Soh
It can be done in the home and in one hour you can have 10,000 steps! Awesome! right?
There are other low impact, no equipment, at home exercises are available on You Tube for free. 
The feeling after a small work out is really awesome!
It makes me happy.

Little talks, Little caring. Simple thing to be happy

It is Monday!

Work was slow. First patient was booked for 11.00 am. 
I was there by 9.30. Blame someone else to make me go there early!

I was going to have a awesome day anyway. 

So, I spent time in making the patient happy by making small talk. So, I know her two grandkids going to daycare. That way her daughter can teach her students online. I know how she keeps her TV on so that she can have some background noise while working. Isn't it a nice trick?

Her hubby is also working from home. He has to do a lot of phone calls. She told me how she manage to keep working while blocking hime out completely.

It will be nice to have little talks. If the person sitting with you is chatty, it is nicer.

Small talks makes you happy. It is a fun way to know a little about the other person and to share a little about you. Simple thing to be happy!
