I started this channel about two and a half years ago, and let me tell you, it was not an easy journey. Recording videos was completely new to me. In the beginning, I spent hours searching the internet just to see how other creators were doing it.
I didn't have the budget for a brand-new camera, but then someone suggested recording with a smartphone. I thought to myself, “I can do this!”
At first, my setup was purely DIY. I tried all kinds of creative arrangements—stacking books and balancing different household items just to make my phone stay in one place. Everything changed on my birthday when my daughter bought me a tabletop camera holder. It was a total game-changer! From that point on, I learned how to properly use the holder to stabilize my shots, and I taught myself how to edit all of my videos right from my phone. It was a massive learning curve, but so worth it.

If you watch my tutorials, you might know that they are completely unscripted. I love recording my voice naturally while I am actively making things. I’ve heard about doing separate voiceovers, but I still haven't quite figured out how to do that yet!
