Crochet projects and ideas

Crochet granny squares are so popular. 

I made granny square blankets and bags. Now, can you just crochet a rectangle using the stitch blocks and chains?

It is a lined crochet bag! For a first try, this is looking good. What do you think?

    It's nice. Certainly more creative than the dish cloths which is all I can crochet.
