Is it a problem for you?

I don't have a problem with people wearing cross as a pendant.
Do you have a star earring? I don't have a problem with that. You cover your head and face with a dark cloth because of your religion? You don't offend me.

It is your religion, your personal preference. I have nothing to say about it.

During a conversation, if you tell me, a girl got raped is her own fault, or the way she dressed or walked... I have a problem. A real one. You got it, right?( I will ask you, do you have self control? Do your dad can control his sexual desires? Do you think your brother has control over himself?...)

When a telemarketer calls at my home, I usually respond politely. I don't bark at him or her for trying to sell something. What is the point in yelling over the phone for someone trying to make both ends meet?

I have to tell you, I do have a problem with a telemarketer trying to sell Manulife insurance policies telling me "Alaikum assalam" or "Jesus bless you" to me.

Yesterday, while I was at home, the person was trying saying the first sentence as alaikum aslam. While, I don't know the exact meaning of that, I know enough that it is a religious greeting, and it is not English language. Why a telemarketer trying to sell something to a Canadian is talking a language other than English or French to some computer generated random number? It really annoys me.

Do you have a similar experience? Will you be annoyed if someone randomly calls you and greets you with their religious greetings?
