After sending everybody out to their ways, I was thinking of me-time. Then she called to tell me she forgot the project. Being a nice and concerned mom I volunteered to bring the bristol board to school.
Since I am out anyway, I can't resist to go to the dollar store on my way back to pick some crafty things.
I got a red ribbon, some scrapbook essentials, few Christmas stickers. I also picked few wooded alphabet stamps.
For some time I drooled over the purchased items and thought about the projects. Finally decided to make few cards. I can show off one.
I added the ribbon and a snowflake. Did a handwritten greetings. The card stock is from Micheals. I am glad with the finished work. I also used some stamps I bought few years back. The enveloped is stamped in red ink.
It didn't take much time to finish. The ribbon has wire on both the edges. So it is easy to paste on the cardstock.
Now I want a lot more people to send the greetings cards.
Hello Bindu
ReplyDeleteThanks for sending your good wishes. I'll be stuck at home for a couple more weeks and then hopefully can get out to make the most of winter. I hope you have an enjoyable winter season in Toronto. I see you're busy creating more lovely things. I'm being very lazy!
