My Crochet Project

At present I am working on a Basket weave crochet project. I have some nice thin blue yarn. I hope it will make a good winter scarf for me.
The scarf will take some time to finish because I am busy in finishing my Mahalo pages. My kid is at home because of the holidays. I need to bug her from time to time to eat and change her attention from you tube videos.

Again back to my crochet project. It is a soothing blue for me. The special stitches used for the pattern are the front post and back post double crochet. In crochet language they are fpdc and bpdc respectively.
The foundation is made of multiple of 4 plus 2. That is because I am making one extra dc in the beginning and end of each row.
The pattern gives a nice texture for the scarf. I am thinking of making it in a single color: Blue. Now a days I add more blogs to bindu.ca. That is my website. I hope you will have a peek on that too.
